It is our Quality policy and motive to design, produce, deliver and erect pre-cast concrete components in a way to satisfy the client. Every pre-cast product in our factory is subject to the continuous supervision of our Quality Control Department and daily tests are conducted by our quality Control Team.
All concrete required for the production is produced in our own batching plants situated each adjacent to pre-cast and hollow core plants. These two batching plants are highly computerized and based on latest German technology. The plants are constantly calibrated in accordance with BS standards.
Our precast facility also provides concrete testing facilities in its own Laboratory equipped with latest equipments and leading edge laboratory techniques. Besides, materials and concrete are tested at regular intervals in independent testing laboratories approved by the local authorities.
